Umpire Training – Junior Umpire Clinic

The sign-up sheet for Junior umpire training is now open.  Training is mandatory.

Foothills pays very competitive rates of $45/minors game, $55/Majors-Nationals game and $65/Int-Jr-Sr game.

Umpires should have a good knowledge of baseball and must be at least 12 year olds.  We are looking to train more youth and adult umpires.  Foothills will be offering free training for our Junior, Intermediate and Senior Level Umpires again this year.

1st & 2nd year umpires will be required to attend an in-class training session on April 11th and an on-field training/final exam on April 12th.

There are limited  spots available.

Senior umpires (3rd year and up) will be asked to attend the Big-Diamond Mechanics Review Session.  The date and location is still being determined
